"The reason why I immigrated from Ecuador to the United States was because of a lack of opportunities. This made me acutely aware of the limited opportunities faced by many in Latin America. After getting a full ride scholarship to Babson College, the #1 entrepreneurship school in the world, my mission and goal was to bring opportunities to Latin America. This awareness propels Interlix Staffing's broader mission beyond just business growth. We are deeply committed to uplifting communities in the region by creating channels for remote work."

After placing my cousin to start up and seeing how his life changed completely, I made it my life goals to find jobs for people in Latin America. My journey into the staffing industry began with a simple, but life-changing job opportunity for my cousin in Ecuador. He went double his income, working remotely for a U.S.-based company.
This was more than a financial boost, it was a transformation. He could now provide for his family, access better opportunities for his kids, and improve overall their quality of life.
Seeing that impact firsthand opened my eyes to the true social impact that entrepreneurship can create.
